At any time, either the Client or Ripple Impact may terminate, without liability, the Client Engagement Period for any reason, with or without cause, by giving 14 days advance written notice to the other party. Upon issuing written notice of termination or receiving written notice of termination from Client, Ripple Impact shall cease performing services for Client, and shall reimburse the Client for services that were not performed and the assets that were not delivered.
